Is This Against YouTube Terms?

I was issued my second strike for violating Dangerous videos tersm (first one was for violating community guidelines). Perhaps I have learnt my lessons.
Already the channel has qualified for monetization, but I now have to wait for 90 days before I can apply. It took about 110 days to qualify (both Subscribers and Watch hours).

But here is the thing:
I believe I now have the knowledge to make videos that can get Subscribers and watch hours quicker.

I am thinking of starting a new channel and growing it to qualify again instead of waiting for 90 days.
Is it wise to wait it out and apply or do you think I should use my new knowledge to make a new channel? I am very sure it wont take me more than 90 days to also qualify a new channel.

I have some other channels which I had before I opened the one that is now waiting for 90 days.
Is it against their ToS to start posting in those channels (Not a new one)?
But I may have to change the name to something else (not anything close to the banned channel).
Suggestions pls

Id wait it out, but educate your self why it happened.

This can be a good opportunity to branch out elsewhere before your new channel becomes overwhelming... Unless money is a issue.

I know why it happened and I have learnt my lessons. There are 100s of the exact same video on Youtube. I can count at least 20 of the exact same video, but I dont know why my own was singled out for strike.
But I have gone beyond blames.

I want to know if its against their ToS to post to an old channel of mine (not a new channel) - But I may change the channel name.

I do not believe it's against the t&s it's only up renumeration if the channels attempting to become monitised, hell you can have fecal matter in your videos, a toilet with someone on phentanyle over dosing, but once it gets monitised no they'll terminate your channel but leave your Gmail and Google drive enactive, and terminate your address AdSense and appealing would be pointless.

Let's say you were 15 years of age as a minor and uploaded a truck load of nasty videos that were either unlisted or buried, YouTube will not penalize you as a minor if under 15, they will however impeed your account so it doesn't reach the general public, and the report feature only works when the channels monitised, if not yet it has rancid material then they will not care as it states in the terms and conditions that YouTube was founded on the sharing mentality but that's not to say it upsets their branded partners.


If you upload piracy YouTube will do it's best to circumvent it, but if Disney gets it even if it's not their product they will terminate it within 24 houses regardless monitised or not as it infringes on the industry as a whole, for music it's tricky grey area.


So the terms can very like for example Facebook has a policy that states nipples cannot be visible but if the breast is 90% revealed and they're in lingerie and suggestive while in a bondage scene where no private part are revealed, where revealing is a grey area while is revealed it meets their guidelines how who fkn knows as a breast is a breast right.


But to be safe experiment on what you know.

If you are moving forward with your other channels, creating new videos for that with your polished knowledge, making sure they are not violating youtube terms, but still getting you subscribers, watch hours to monetize it then I don't think there will be any problem. But if you will be posting the same videos that you had on the channel that got warning, then it might create problem for your other channels too. Producing new videos is utilizing the knowledge you have gained but tweaking and trying the videos violating its terms can be considered as trying to circumvent the policies.

No, I'm never gonna knowingly produce videos to break any ToS. The videos that got me the strike, I never knew they were against ToS. I saw others posted them and I joine dhtme to post same type of video, not knowing its against their ToS.

I just want to be sure that if I go to my old channels and start posting good videos there, that I wont be violating any ToS (because their warning email says you should not create another channel). So i wanted to be sure that my old channels wont be seen as anotehr channel

How to track someone. Its basically how to track your kids, but I have it a title that seems as if you can track another person. The sin was in the title

I wouldn't just start afresh on a channel of the same content. If you make another channel, use a different browser, and keep the content completely different niche and separate, and adsense accounts too. I don't think ip matters all that much, as I've got multiple youtube accounts running (not monitised yet, but growing with no strikes) Just you have to take drastic action if one of them gets banned, and don't log into another from the same machine if that happens.

As I stated, I'm not starting a fresh channel. I'm using an old channel that I had before the one that has strikes. I'll just rename it to something different.

In this channel, I had 2 videos before I abandoned it.
