I'm looking to run push ads for this gambling website and I'm wondering if this would be a good program to join. If someone with a little more experience could help explain a little more what this means and if it would be good or not, it would be much appreciated. Thank you

"Our terms and conditions for CPA:
There are two reporting periods, 1-15 of month and 16-end of the month, when you send to us traffic. After each period, reconciliation and payment occurs within three business days. Please note that we do not look at the traffic for a whole month, but only for reporting periods (cohort analysis).
Traffic is evaluated by streams in your account, not each lead individually, according to two KPIs:
1. The number of repeated deposits (RD) must be equal or greater than the number of first deposits (FD).
2. The sum of bets must be more than 3 times the sum of deposits.
At the start we give a test cap of 50 FDs . If traffic doesn't pass kpi in this period, then hold for one more reporting period (that is total: for a month), that would reach. If it doesn't reach KPI, we change payment model to the Revshare model and pay"
