Is there Scrapebox Owner here? I need help . Thanks :)

Hi.. If there's scrapebox owner, I want to ask for help to reactivate my scrapebox license.. I bought it back then it's about at 2008 or 2009 I think..
But, I try to activate it yesterday and it didn't activated..
Contact support also didn't reply ( this is just 15 hours ago, so I don't mind waiting more ), but I try to apply license twice now. And still can't activate.

Can help me with my problem? Thanks..

If I remember correctly, the problem back then is like this :
1. I have scrapebox license and just using it ( still didn't know how to use it )
2. I found scrapejet on internet ( the cracked one ), and I try that, and my scrapebox license gone I think? This what I don't know.. Since I don't use it after that..

If it's the case is like that, can I get my license back? Because no matter what, I decide to buy scrapebox back then because I see that's a good tool even if I don't know how to use it lol..
After all, I used the cracked version before and because I like it I bought it. So I think, it's okay. But I want to know scrapebox owner think about it and hope get help for this

Well firstly no "scrapebox owner" is going to be able to really help you with this, you will have to work directly with support. They answer mails in 24 hours, which is pretty fast in my opinion, so you will just need to wait on them.

I know that in their TOS they say that if you use a cracked version that is a violation of the agreement, as its defrauding them out of their hard work. It might not seem like it because its just digital goods, but its how they stay in business and if everyone steals from them they go out of business and we all lose anyway. That said I think according to their agreement if you use a cracked version of one of their softwares then it voids your license for all of them. I think.

Anyway, maybe you can just buy a copy of the cracked software that you used and then get your other license back. Whatever the case, you will have to work directly with support.
