My only hope is IFTTT, but it need some tweaks, to make the post looks normal without feed/url I found this tutirial I may test it

Be careful with the automatic posting schedule on the same device and the same account. If you are scanned by fb, your pages may be blacklisted.

Automated software has a certain probability of banning the account, so if it is not necessary, use it with caution. Or being able to use automated software with anti-detection browsers is the best option.
