I want to block VPN, VPS, DataCenter IPs, Government IPs and Other IPs Like that.
Means If just want to block the user on IP base not user-agent base.
If there is any free or cheap service then let me know.

Trust me cheap cloaker not going to work you need to pay good if you want something full proof.
