Is there customer service for Indexification?

Signed up for Indexification to crawl my links and want to increase my daily limits as they say I can request on their site. BUT, every time I go submit a ticket, their "human test" is broken thus can't send in any ticket. Frustrating...zero way to contact them and no email is posted or TG of any kind.

If anyone knows how to get a hold of them, please let me know.

Also, is Indexification still relevant today? People still use this?

indexification kinda dead now. broken support, no updates, tools feel outdated. most ppl switched to newer indexers or built their own flows. if it’s slowing you down, probs not worth it anymore

Got it, thank you. Do you recommend anyone or somewhere to find a dev to create workflow for this? Assuming an n8n AI agent workflow?

Anyone like LinksIndexer? Heard it creates footprints but just hear say for now.
