Is there anything you can do with paxum ?

So I get paid to paxum from somewhere and a few month ago there were some exchange sites where i could exchange paxum to paypal. Now that isnt available anymore nor to any other payemnt thingy like advcash or payeer or whatever , not even to bitcoin. Then a month ago i was able to withdraw the money to my Visa card, but now they removed that too. When i try withdraw by WIre the bank accounts I added dont appear so I can select them when I want to withdraw. So the only option is to get their Paxum mastercard and withdraw it through that i guess, but I don;t really wanna do that.

So my question would be wtf else can I do with this money lol.
