Is there any way to automate TA4?

Tweet Adder 4 is still useful be automation would make it killer again. Any 3rd party software available to re automate this software?

For awhile when it first came out, I used a Macro Program to do the clicks for me up to a certain amount, and it would activate itself according to the settings I put (eg. activate after computer is idle for 10 mins) But it got trick and hard to keep up with after awhile.

Now I just use an autoclicker, the only problem is that I can't do other things on my computer while that is running.
