I am searching about service related to pptx/pdf presentation or ebook or brochure design, but not find anything, Is there any service/thread created here in BHW.

Choose a designer you like and contact him to see if they can do what you need done. Chances are, they can.

Why does it matter if anyone is selling it or not then? Do your market research, see if there's a market for it - and if you believe there is, launch a service for it.

Whether people are selling it or not is irrelevant. If they're not - perfect, no competition. If they are - perfect, there's competition meaning there's a market out there and money to be made.
