Is there any forum solution that provides you with the source code to its native app as well? All you do is connect the app to your forum, build it, and publish it on the app store.

Does such a thing exist?

Tapatalk is the most used app for forums and you can integrate every forum type into it

Native app - not sure. But, look into discourse. It's an awesome one that can be easily made an app for. It uses rails, not php.
