Suggest me some negative points related to SEO and Website UI.

As for the SEO, you can check how Google sees your site with their tool: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/
As for the UI my first impression is that you could rationalize fonts. The whole site tends to look modern but the "We are here" sign above the chat and the "Plugin Development" "Woo plugins" etc. are not fitting to the other fonts for me. You could ask a photographer to make photos about the team - it would be more unified when you were in front of the same background.
You could also rethink/redesign your logo, making it more clear-out.
These are my thoughts, it's not that in-depth review but I checked it through.
