LOL, where does this crap come from? If you are thinking people will be smiling after this next update you are sorely mistaken. Ill willed or not.

Google's been collecting the disavow data for quite some time and you bet they are gonna be using this data in the next refresh.

That means that sites that have any type of significant old school link building will wish they never had built those links.

I think there is an penguin update for local searches. More than that i havent heard about anything. If anything suggest me.
