I got it too, not the first time though. Bhw cares about security so you’ll be required to change your pass occasionally regardless
 
Got it too.

I enabled 2FA a long time ago, in case of any breach, just with a username+password combo, they can't do much. Obviously don't re-use the password on the tied email account and enable 2FA there too. With 2FA enabled leaked credentials lose their importance.

same here as well
 
changing the password from time to time is more useful for security in my opinion
