I’m having a hard time removing IG from iCloud. It’s like a can’t download a new version. I’ve erased it from ICloud & deleted it from the iCloud backup.
Is there an Instagram Device Ban?

I guess I got banned on instagram what’s the steps of making a new iCloud I was going to buy a new phone and make a new email address and Apple ID on the banned phone then hopefully transfer my photos and contacts and iTunes to the new Apple ID ? Will making a new email and Apple ID on the banned iPhone and Apple ID affect the new information on the new iPhone?
I’ve made too many accounts now I have to make another Apple ID or new device which I brought a new device around device but did not know I had to change my Apple ID account.
Device or Apple ID ban ?
Can you help me please ? I’m at my last string I’ve made too many accounts and around December 9th I believe I got an ip ban now I don’t know if I should make a new email for my Apple ID or buy another device and use a new Apple ID for it.

If you want to save stuff from gallery, download iCloud for PC and save all photos and videos in some folder on PC. I guess that you can download all contacts too.
After that factory reset iPhone and log out of Apple account. Create new Apple ID and that is it. Just don't recover backup from old Apple ID. Instead of that you should manually transfer all data from PC folder to new iCloud account.
PS - Use multi quote option.

You are sure this will work? Especially with transferring my photos and videos from iPhone to the hp? Won’t the quality be blurry once I add them back to my phone? I know this is weird and crazy but I guess I made too many accounts due to depression I got an alert saying you need required internet connection and you can’t make an account right now once receiving those alerts I purchased a brand new iPhone 7 but still signed into the same Apple ID I originally received it from. I hope this works because I have many photos and videos but I was going to buy another iPhone and make a new Apple ID and air drop the gallery I have to it but I have my card and iTunes information on this iPhone that I just purchased. Also I don’t know if I can have the same number or I have to change it , I’m not sure if I’m device ban or ip banned or Apple ID banned. This whole scenario is making me loss it.But if you say this will work I will try it , if not what else should I do ? What about merging previous Apple ID information to new Apple ID ?
But I was told from apple that I can erase the phone I have now save contacts and photos and sign up with a new Apple ID ? I don’t believe it’s the device I believe it’s the Apple ID because I brought a whole new iPhone but I’m still experiencing the same thing
I understand the reset/erase all settings and content(which apple told me to do , they also said something about find my iPhone ) ?
I’m just worried about my phone number , messages with others that contain content , iTunes and credit card information stored with the Apple ID I have now that I need to change !
Also with messages I have with other people containing (photos and videos) will it be deleted from their phone like it will mine , will my phone number remain the same ? Also can I use the previous Apple ID iCloud data saved on pc and upload/save content to my new Apple ID without merging it ? Also since iTunes and the App Store it connected I won’t be able to use the previous iCloud iTunes information correct ?
I understand this is all avoidable and troublesome but from personal sadness and anger problems I got myself banned which is making me more sad and angry, I’m going to send them mail concerning my issue even though they could care less because I’m not a celebrity or producing money , but I’m trying to get the best possible answer because I have much photos and songs on this the Apple ID I am banned on and I need to figure something out now because I know something is wrong because I can access the app and make accounts but those alerts has scarred me since and finding a solution will give me less stress.

Can you help please and are you sure this will work I have over 300 photos, iTunes account and my credit card on this Apple ID also I’m worried about my phone number please help.

Delete the app and rest for a week or two. No need to change Apple ID etc. Just don't try log in and do not touch the application for a bit!
Are you sure this will work ?
