Is there a working Youtube Comment Like Upvote Service or Bot?

As the title says, Is there Youtube Upvote Service or Bot that currently works? Something that will like my comments so they appear at the top of the comments section.

I know YouTube Upvote Panel was a main one on here for a while but it seems to no longer be available to purchase. I also found youtubeupvotesbot.com on Google however I am sceptical because I can't find anyone talking about it online and the video on the homepage is gone.

Anyone got any suggestions or feedback?

They all seem to be dead based on an update youtube put out earlier this month. Doesn't look like they are coming back anytime soon until some kind of work around is figured out.
