Is there a way to post articles without rewrite?

It is called plagarism if you don't rewrite content you found the internet. If you have a hard time doing this you can hire someone to rewrite it for you.

Fresh and unique have good value in the eyes of reader, by doing this you can also save yourself from copyscpae issue.

Posting articles that are copied from another site will make Google Slap your site hard.
If the site is just a referrer site, you can sometimes get away with a spun article.
However, if you are looking to actually bank with your site, you need to ensure you have quality articles that will keep your readers attention and make them want to come back for more. This is why you need to have unique original content.

You can combine this with content knitting. You basically write your article in a spreadsheet concentrating on writing sentence 1 as many times as you can, then sentence 2 etc. It's less mentally draining and you can see where you are. Your brain kind of does it automatically, your thinking about how to phrase the sentence anyhow and your brain will come up with a few on auto pilot, just record it every time you think of one. All of a sudden you written about 5 completely unique articles for the price of one. Then there are services out there that will run your spreadsheet through software and spit out the articles.
