My client wants me to manipulate his autofill search results. Is there a way to achieve this?
I believe the autofill is based on the most popular searched terms related to your search term.
So by using crowdsearch type of services, you can increase the search traffic to the terms you want to push.
I guess this can be done, but requires quite some effort. And it will be temporary, as things may get back to where they were when you stop using crowdsearch.
I even read that mturk has almost reached its saturation point, but I guess I'll give it a try.I think people have recommended mturk in the past.
I'd be really interested in a case study about this. In fact I might give it a go myself with some rotating proxies...
I don't think rotating proxies will work as google might have already blacklisted them, but still its worth a shot. Do share your case study.
Alright, thanks. There was a guy saying he was going to offer it as a service here on bhw a few months ago. Have a search around OP you might be able to find the thread. He said it took under a month to work.

It does work but forget about cheap proxies as Google will figure that out.I'd be really interested in a case study about this. In fact I might give it a go myself with some rotating proxies...

Did this for a client whose company name brought up "are you looking for" and another similarly spelled Cosby would show first. Now message is fine and client is shown first. Used mturk had people search their website name and then navigate to their site (make sure you ask for up proof so you know they had a residential up and not Datacenter)
