Is there a proxy provider that lets you re-use the same IP? - Google ads

Im trying to run google adss but im looking for a proxy provider where i can usse the same IP, all the providers im seeing rotate IP's, surely my account would gte banned if im on a different IP anytime i go on my google ads account?

Most of the providers also provide the proxies with static IP address. Proxies with static IPs are even cheaper than rotating IPs. You can ask the providers if their proxies come with static IP address. But keep in mind that if your IP address is from the same location, you are not banned on any platform.

Don't know any proxy providers off-hand.

But if you're looking for a static datacenter IP. Pretty much all cloud server/vps providers, when spinning up a server/vps assign you a static IP that doesn't change until the server is deleted.
It will take some technical work to do, but it may be worth installing proxy software on that server, then the proxy IP would never change.

Most (almost all) of the proxy providers also have static proxies (with static IP).
