Is there a problem not using Messenger to warm up your Facebook profile?

I had an idea, I would also like to use Messenger to warm up my profile, but unfortunately it would be a lot of work to have to switch between profiles to use Messenger for each one at a time, does anyone know of a flow trigger tool for Messenger that Does it allow me to exchange messages automatically?
