Is there a legit way to Transfer Paxum Money to Paypal

I got some money left over in my paxum and I want to transfer them to paypal.

Do you guys know any legit service?
I searched a few and seems that most are scams.

Withdraw the funds to your debit/credit card ?
You have to send them scanned ID, back and front of your card(SIGNED) and they will approve you in 1-2 days.
After that you can do whatever you want.
 
There are many honest private exchangers..you just need to know the right people...I know this doesn't solve your problem...just saying. I had the guy with whom I worked for a few years, but we lost touch...exchanged thousands thru him with a 10% commission.
 
My Paxum account is verified, but I still cant withdraw to external card. They got some problems with their system. Anyone here offering exchange service to paypal ?
 
I was looking around and i saw this website which give a way to exchange money from a payment processor to another one. Its called magneticexchange. Theres another one i found which is called changex. But i dont know yet if either really work, and i think both take some fees.
 
I know this is an old thread but I just used a service to transfer money from paxum to paypal and it worked ok.

The amount I transfered was a bit over $100.

I'm looking for this too. And also, Paxum's withdrawal fees are too damn high. Even Paxum to Payoneer would work for me. Anybody knows how this can be done?
 
Yes were doing EFT transfers about a year. Now can't withdraw my funds since March 10. They continue giving nonsense excuses over and over. what a lame company..

How do you sign it ? or do you mean that the ID should have the sign itself ?

Did you transfer Paxum to their Paxum and then they gave BTC ?
Sorry didnt get the exact mechanism and the exact issue ?
Were they creating problems with ONLY transfer to bank account or were they creating problems in Paxum to online purchases or Paxum to something else ?
