Is there a difference between a Jr. VIP and Jr. Executive VIP?

I just noticed t0mmy changed his icon by wearing a monocle and a fancy white top hat, then I noticed that he is a Jr. Executive VIP

So what is the difference between a Jr. Vip and Jr. Executive VIP?

Is like the lord of the rings' thing where "One VIP to rule them all, One VIP to find them, One VIP to bring them all and in the darkness bind them. In the Land of BHW where the Secret forums lie."

Or is it one of those Japanese Visual novels that have secret routes where the higher your position is, the more exotic girls you can date (ex. 13.2 Executive VIP. This section of the Site is available to Site veterans only. In order to gain entrance to the Executive VIP forum , you must be a member of the Site for at least 3 months and be nominated by another VIP member. Once nominated, you must then be voted on by all of the other VIP members. You must receive at least 51% of the votes in order to gain access. You'll never be a Jr. Executive VIP with these type of posts.

There are several levels of content available on the site.

There are:

Executive VIP - has access to the ExecVIP, Jr.ExecVIP, Jr.VIP and the general forums.
Jr Executive VIP - has access to the Jr.Exec.VIP, Jr.VIP and the general forums.
Jr VIP - has access to the Jr.VIP and the general forums.
Member - has access to the general forums.

The higher up you go the more information that is available with the quality getting better and better as you go up.

Anybody can be a JrVIP, only people who share quality get voted into Exec levels. These are the people you should follow and learn from.

But I'm not asking to become a Jr. Executive VIP, I'm not even counting my posts or submitting any boards that's why I'm at the lounge. I'm just wondering why everyone is so ecstatic about having Jr. VIP membership and get really excited when they get a higher membership. Is it really great to have access to other forums. From what I've seen in my searches, I could get the methods that I need as a regular member.

I'm terribly sorry for offending you, maybe I should change my question what are the benefits of having a higher rank?
I really asked this question because of t0mmy's avatar, thinking that I could also get a fancy avatar. (Yes I know 15 post to be a regular member, but I don't have anything important to contribute yet)

Also thanks for the people who clarified that the higher your rank, the higher quality post you can access and the difference between VIP and Executive VIP.

A bit disappointing, I always thought you learn a secret handshake or something....

How can their be a Jr VIP rank but not a VIP rank?
