I have access to a certain number of warmed up business accounts with pin boards, and with certain stats. Do such accounts now have a demand for sale? I would be glad to hear objective opinions...

I have the same question, can I post ads on Pinterest? What are the effects?
 
You should leave it there to use, exploit it to make money, maybe sell it but it won't be as valuable as if you make money from it.
 
I made a few account sales on another forum. They take the small accounts, but they don't take the big accounts.
 
Yeah, but how much are just accounts worth? 1 cent each?

I would add a freebie to a pack of 100 accounts like a full guide to make money with pinterest, niche selection etc.

I'd start with "Pinterest starter pack".
 
Yes, there is demand for warmed-up business accounts with active pinboards, especially in niche markets with strong engagement.
 
If your account is strong enough then I think it is definitely possible bro
