Is there a daily limit on request indexing on Google search console ?

Today I encountered the error message "indexing request rejected" in red once I try to request indexing of a url on the google search console. I'm not sure how many urls I have requested in the last 24 hours probably a decent amount. Has anyone else got this message before ? I seen to remember 3 months back or so getting this one time before. Sucks because I really need these last two urls indexed.

It accepts 10 indexing as i experienced
And rest indexing request can be done by vpn.
 
i keep getting the rejected message even when im on a vpn.
