Is there a bitcoin wallet completely anonymous?

1. Open an account on one of the crypto exchanges
2. Create a new zcash wallet - https://z.cash/wallets/
3. buy zcash in your chosen crypto exchange then send it to your wallet.
4. Use your wallet to purchase on Njal.la

I created the account there however when I went to deposit the money for the payment it wanted my home details and photo ID.

So, is there an alternative safe wallet that allow me to send money once/year for this domain while staying anonymous? I do not need it for anything else
