Is there a bitcoin wallet completely anonymous?

I know nothing about bitcoin and have never paid anything in bitcoin. The only thing I do know is that it is a great way to stay anonymous. So I wanted to buy a domain on Njal.la paying with bitcoin to stay completely anonymous, I tried watching a youtube video that explained how to open a wallet on a certain site. I created the account there however when I went to deposit the money for the payment it wanted my home details and photo ID.

So, is there an alternative safe wallet that allow me to send money once/year for this domain while staying anonymous? I do not need it for anything else

This is a misconception about Bitcoin that way too many people believe. Bitcoin is not at all anonymous. In fact it is completely transparent as a monetary system.
