WordAi is the best. You can use TBS but it depends on how much volume you want to spin and where you need the spun content to be published.

It used to be great, but the "quote - unquote" improvements sent that program spiraling into a dramatic regression; it's now a shaow of itself
You better option is Quillbot!
TBS is now cloud based; I recently advised a friend who purchased it, and it frequently freezes when too many calls are simultaneously made on the server.
But that's just "1" issue; it has many.

I had it once long ago, and it is only good if you make your own spintaxes. It is shit for rewriting. Don't know if they have improved now. WordAI does good these days. Can't wait for something real made with GPT3 and be offered to the public. It will make the dumb human content writers who only care about the money and not the content they offer obsolete.
