i have a question about web 2.0 backlinks , i want create many blogs on wordpress , blogger and .... ( For Example : 200 Blog Services ) ! and copy my content every weak to this blogs ! my question is Web 2.0 Backlinks still works ?

This question has been asked a zillion times this year alone. And I trust we are going to see more of 'does the web2.0 work' thread before the year come to an end.
The answer to your question is; YES! Web2.0 works and will continue to work. But don't depend on web2,0s alone to rank your site.

Web 2.0 works but copied contents don't work. Google frowns on this type of practice.

Yes, web 2.0 back links are still working well, as your quality of contents & unique style developments based :)
 
Yes they work for me same way as it was working 6 months ago.
