I didn't get to put in my thoughts across but, it is still happening to me
My notifications and even home page will say "later_today_at_x" and takes a few extra seconds to load as usual
Sometimes it will stay undefined until I move to another page or refresh.

For me bhw is slow when I disable ublock, otherwise it is lightning fast lol. I don’t suggest disabling anything though.

As mentioned in the previous link, please raise a support ticket, and we can help. It looks to be specific to you so I'd start by clearing your cache and cookies, That's not normal.
Then maybe follow the suggestion from @Venusaur if applicable.
