Is Telegram support asking anyone to delete/change their username

Might be someone from BHW (and/or other forum) trying to steal your username in order to scam using your name.
 
Looks pretty fake, but I don't use Telegram much.

Definitely it's fake, even grammatical mistakes are there
I knew it in first glance, so didn't bother replying much.

Just wanted to share, so hopefully no one gets down to it unknowingly.
 
Lol you have an OG username and they are after that.. don't be so naive, this is hilarious hahaha
 
This is not official telegram support.

They just want to steal your username to sell or scam people
 
The worst is that people who are scamming get cocky
"Ok, you'll ban after 24 hours, have a good day"
Big lol

Edit : To have some fun, just say to them "I changed my username for an hour, thank you for letting me know" like a day after
