Sorry for being a asshole I've only submitted a ticket an hour ago. Basically I've lost access to my email I'm still able to login to my old account but can't do anything other resend password reset link to a email I no longer have access to. What to do?

Actually, you submitted duplicate tickets for the same issue which causes some internal issues as to being able to serve you properly.

Yes, they are working on it.
