Spam has become more subtle.

You open Google up and search for high paying keywords, probably the top 5 sites are secretly owned by the same people. Different company names, different countries, same people.

Someone mentioned war and porn. Those two industries (weird calling war a industry, but Gen. Eisenhower knew what he was talking about) for example are controlled by very few people around the globe.

Yes as all said above spam will not dead.Its still alive.

If you don't want a penalty then I wouldn't recommend it.
