Medical weed, for the least, should be legal everywhere. There's an undeniable positive effect it has for the medical industry.
In terms of smoking for a regular guy, I personally smoke in specific months every year. There are benefits and cons
- I find that the type of strain makes a big difference. Smoke stativa test out different strains, and some will actually make you super productive.
- Helps creativity & think of new ideas
- Makes you think more and "talk to yourself" (this one is also generally viewed as a con). You think of the shit you did, but imho that's a huge plus as it keeps you accountable. I have personally improved as a person because of weed accountability. Just be careful, over-thinking is in there.
- A small puff or two helps exercise a lot & focus
- Improves sex life & also makes you more intimate with your partner, which is an amazing bonding experience
- Reduces Anxiety
Cons
- Makes you over-think
- Anxiety if around people (again, this also depends on the strain and more importantly the person themself)
- Eat a lot (pro tip: prepare a healthy meal or have healthy snacks)
Each to their own. I know people who smoke every day and it makes them a lot better, better salesman, more focus etc. At the same time you have people who smoke 24/7 and are extremely lazy and become "useless" for the whole day. This is your inner-self, you can improve or even make weed worse by making changes in your inner-self.
It can help you, it can hurt you. IMHO - Legalize it.
