Is shadowban possible on new account creation?

Hi friends, I live in Turkey and the target audience of the account I will create will be the US. I think if TikTok realizes that I live in Turkey, it will only show my contents to Turks. For this reason, I think it makes sense to open an account with a VPN.

If TikTok detects this (probably will) will it apply a shadowban?

yes need a good vpn(mobile proxy better) and jailbroken or a new phone(for best results jailbreak/rooted)

It is possible. Paypal has that kind of feature, and it’s not a shocker if TikTok has this. Just use proxy or vpn to be safe.
