Is possible to sell a site on foreign language?

I have a website with domain .lv
It is not in english. It was designed to be similar to the yelp.com, only local. It was designed in Django, has ~4700 reviews and comments of local shops. ~1800 registered users. Only ~3000 uniques a month. Google page rank is 5. Site was launched in 2011.

Is it possible to sell something like this?

If you have connections in Latvia then yes. Find IM forums in Lativa and advertise the site there. Also document the profits of the site with proof for the last 5-6 months, that will help you sell the site faster.

you can put on flippa, but you would not get much for it, try to offer other companies like yellow pages in your country

its butter to put an English website, i have a french website with 10000+ uv/day and 2500+$/month but its not working in flippa
