Is possible that Javascript click over a Flash element, over the web?

Im curious if there is a possibility that javascript or any other script is able ti click random over a flash player ads, if the player and the script are hosted in the same domain ? without any local program.
In case i went to my domain and this script continue clicking even if there is any flash ads.
I did some research end at the end i did not found something that works with over flash on web.!
