    I am not aware of a single other Network that requires a DL or passport to join.

    I heard peerfly pays.. They neeed Identity stuff to make sure a publisher is real so that if any problem persists like FRAUD they shall take legal action againt pubs..

    I have provided DL's to plenty of networks. It's not unusual at all.

    They do this because they want to find out who Keyser Söze really is. Now provide them Kevin Spacey's driver's license and you're all good to go.
