Is Page Rank from Google Coming Back?

Google Page Rank was terminated as we all know.This is true.
Google told us to not rely on it as major factor for rank our web site on Google.This is true.
Google will not update Page Ranks of web sites.This is true also.
Google leave a Metrics market to third party companies as Ahrefs,Majestic,SeoMoz which invented new metrics not know well until Page Rank was terminated.This is true.
Google leave to others online market to others in value of 500 mil per year.!!!!!!!!!
Something is wrong here.

What Google don't tell us so far?
This will trigger us to think about the most important question.
Here few facts to trow at your senses.
Google made few adjustment of his own analytics tools .Keyword Planner and also Analytics AIO called as mark Suite Analytics 360 or what so ever they called.
Started to try new form of Ads on Adsence Program.
Made some changes in Adwords.

What you think is Google Page Rank Coming Back?
I think it will be UP soon.
Why?
Because all factor patterns of what is done from Google shows me that.

Exactly the contrary is true in my opinion. Google keeps integrating algorithms in the core, they switched from announced updates at certain dates to rolling/fluent (Penguin, Panda) updates. More and more updates aren't officially commented. They added "not provided" for keyword data, removed data from the keyword planner, they added rank transition, they made scraping the SERPs harder. They keep throwing smoke bombs, the less data is publically available, the harder it gets to manipulate your rankings, the harder it gets to find exact reasons why rankings drop. The only thing that's still transparent is manual actions.

The message: Stick to our rules, make sites for visitors. If you don't do so, you will be demoted and we'll make it hard for you to find out why. So, better stick to all our rules!

Public Pagerank was a holy grail for a long time, no matter how important it actually was for rankings, it was the fruitful ground blackhat SEO grew on for a long time. Why should they display it again?
