Hey guys, so i found a keyword with low competition, wrote an article about it last week. However, I changed the header a few days ago but I've been backlinking with the same page URL.

When I type in for the original header on google, it does appear with the original header in one of the google pages. However, when I type in the new header I couldn't find it no matter how deep I go into google.

Is there some kind of a problem here? Or do I just need to wait a few days for google to crawl. Thanks :)

Search Google using "site:website.com" to see if your website is indexed in google

Thanks! The page url did appear but still with the first header I used. I want the new header to appear coz it's cleaner looking. Just to also note that I only made minor tweaks to the header with keywords still remained

If you have your site added on webmaster tools then go and fetch your site. If you didn't added your site in webmaster tools then go and submit URL in google

Just wait a couple days and don't submit anything to Google.

People running around and submitting every crap they throw out are bound to get rekt. If you don't have patience to wait a few days for article reindex, then I have no idea how you can manage to rank a site that takes months of patience.

Google index sites or posts a little bit slower than before so give a week or two I'm sure it will get indexed automatically.

As in I understand that it will take awhile for google to reindex the sites. I'm just wondering if it's something to be concerned about to see some of my old headers and permalinks appearing as I've made changes to improve the outlook of my titles and urls. Especially since my old permalinks should now report an error.

Anyways, so I shouldn't add my site to webmaster? Coz I haven't. And I also have an XML sitemap plugin on my wordpress so that should automatically index my pages.

I would just wait a little while also. But your question about adding your site to webmaster, as long as its not a PBN then I would always add it to a google webmaster. You can see what google thinks of your site and see if they think there are any problems.

It's your choice if you wish to install Google tracking etc onto your site.

It's difficult to get quick indexing compared to how it used to be, just give it time to settle in naturally.

Alright won't be adding to webmaster as I utilize quite a bit of PBN. Thanks guys for the help! Ya'll are the best!
