HI brothers,

I have my WordPress site hosted on siteground, and now I am migrating it either to free hosting or shared hosting, My question is migrating will hurt DA/PA of site

Not at all - the metrics are determinate by the links, not where your website is hosted.

Theoretically, website migration will not hurt your DA and PA of site which are determined by domain name and URL, not by IP address or web hosting providers.
