Yahoo and Bing follow them at high signal where as Google does at low or negligible.

It's not true as far as I know.
Recently I deleted my keywords and the rankings remained the same in both Bing and Yahoo.
Now I never use keywords, so my answer is: No, don't use keywords, they are useless.
EDIT: I mean META keywords, not keywords.

I used Yoast SEO but i see its not work for meta keyword. I put my keyword & check but its showing meta keyword is empty. After that i checked with 3-4 all the results were same.
After that, I am using All In One SEO. Then I checked & its working.

I agree, take a look at the source code of your competitors and mimic the keywords they are using.

Yes it is useful somehow,it wont destroy your site anyway so use it.

Its definitely no important, but only for google it is important for other search engines like yahoo, bing, and small search robots. So if you want to get good ranks only in google then remove the Meta keyword
