Hi, is Luminati ok to use on Blackhat stuff like cloaking? Specifically FB. I'm just afraid of the legal stuff.

What kind of legal stuff? Please explain.
However, they do not own all of the IPs they provide so it is totally on you. BUT as long as you do not do explicit illegal works it will be fine IMHO.

Compliance. I will be doing casino ads on FB. Technically illegal i guess but what do you think?

as long as you are paying they dont even care what u up to i tested we were doing mass web-mailing with them
 
Facebook support but you have to know, they listen all traffics.
