Is link building worth it

Yes , its always worth to build links. But as said above, quality is very important and dont rush it. Build it slowly otherwise Google will not like it
 
It's worth building links as well as more content.
They are still a key ranking signal.
Focus on good quality backlinks.
A single good quality backlink is worth more than a thousand low quality ones.
Look to build links on authoritative sites.
I use Quora and a few similar sites and not only has it increased my ranking, but I get a good amount of opt ins.
 
Yeah, you can but you should give high quality backlinks from highly authorized sites and add guest posts to your sites.
 
You need much more content and only after that should you start building links.

Well, if you ask for pricing, and mention you finished a course and got certificated, looks like you tried to make it clear that it is NOT a hobby.

I guess I was overwhelmed by the fact that I got certified for something was learning for fun. Will take it seriously I assure you
 
Not a pro here but building links may not be good if its new and only have a few articles. I'm currently creating a blog. Hoping to add at least 20 posts and let it get old for like 4-6 months before creating back links. For me, the risk is not worth it.

It all depends on the links, if the links are any good, there is no reason to delay.

The opposite, waiting 6 months and than building links will make you simply waste those 6 months you could use for proper link building.

You can't fire and forget without firing. first you put it in a good state, where you EXPECT it to rank, and than you sit and wait.
