Do you honestly think that moving forward google is gonna see a link from a crappy article directory, wiki, blog, comment, or any other low quality platform as an accurate reflection of where a site should be, when it's clear as day that these links have been produced with the sole purpose of boosting a websites ranking, or are they gonna see them for what they are.. a source for "manipulating rankings"?
Do you think in googles eyes a link from these type platforms should carry the same weight as a link from a real moderated website?
Do you think they're collecting that big old collection of disavowed data just to look and point at it and laugh at it or something?
Or would so far fetched to think that they're actually clever enough to recognize these spammy platforms now and either devalue or penalize the links they find on them?
There's more to blackhat linkbuilding than spamming low quality platforms, but if you wanna keep on believing that this is the way forward, no problem, that's your opinion, i have my own blackhat linkbuilding methods that are working just fine.
