Hello, so I am selling prescription medicine online and I want to make a way so customers would be able to pay via bank transfer (EU customers). Right now I am collecting money with PayPal and crypto but eventually PayPal will start asking shit.

I have made another website where I supposedly provide interior design services so my customers put in their payment notice something like this "interiordesignweb.com INV4849".

I wonder if it's worth opening up LLC so I could open up bank accounts and PayPal as a entity and allegedly collecting money for "legal" activities? Because now iCard has blocked my personal account due to suspicious incomes.

Also, what if my competitors will get to know my IBAN's and PayPal usernames and will start sending emails regarding my real activities will they able to do anything about it?

Basically you are saying that you want to open a US LLC Company is order to have a Bank account so you can have a Wire Transfer Method?
Be aware that the bank eventually will ask a lot of questions also. and would like to see Invoices, Proof of Fulfillment and etc.

This is true. The OP is not going to get a stable solution. Sooner or later questions get asked. AML laws and KYC requirements are strictly enforced and organizations processing financial transactions risk serious penalties if they don't comply. It's a difficult sector and navigating it successfully Is an ongoing challenge. Best to accept this and press ahead with whatever's working at the moment while trying new approaches.
