Indeed this is a good idea. You should certainly do it.

Just take some time to search that if other people are offering the same service in BHW and check their pricing. Since you have your own script to scrape the emails it should be cheaper for you. So you can keep the cost to minimum to be in the competition.

It is better NOT to sell it as you said you are using it for your own projects. If you sell it, your email list will be getting more spam emails which in turn will reduce the conversion rate of your own projects.

However, if you are done with your list and plan to just sell it, then it is not a bad idea.
