Is it worth it to sell email lists

I got the chance to create my own system of extracting targeted email leads for cold emailing to use for my service.

However, I thought maybe it would be interesting to sell lists based on commands for busy people that need emails in specific niches.

would it be any helpful to generate some income and if not, how to monetize such lists?

ofc, it's worth it.
depending on the lead quality and niche you can even charge thousand of $$$

I can provide clean active lists of various niches, but I'd like to know which niches are more valuable and where to sell them please?

easy way to check just compare the ads cost for the niche. in google
or cpa from yt channel earning on that niche

It depends on the complexity of the data points you can collect and cross reference.

Multiple sources cross referenced have more value than single source.

For example:

Scraping google my business listings is perhaps the most simple and so the lowest value.

Scaping linkedin for ceo's and cross referencing them by location and tech stack of their website, more complicated and so you can charge more.

My lists are from Linkedin generally, as you described, the part I'm struggling with is where to find buyers

Might be this idea will work. Numerous brands and companies will gladly pay you commissions on any sales you make for their product. In place of advertising your own products and services to your own email list, you trade someone else's products that are fit to your audience and get a payment as commission.

I don't want to do affiliate marketing, it's email lists selling

Why not create a BST here in BHW and offer email lists according to required niches? You can charge per 1000 emails and if you keep the cost low you can get many clients. (Of course you have to upgrade to Jr. VIP to do that)

Indeed this is a good idea. You should certainly do it.

Just take some time to search that if other people are offering the same service in BHW and check their pricing. Since you have your own script to scrape the emails it should be cheaper for you. So you can keep the cost to minimum to be in the competition.
