Block them. The Cleaner app also offers Block/Unblock action. but obviously it doubles your actions so I am just having it block.

I think it will be more useful to unfollow inactive followings

I am only following about 2,200. Wouldn't the inactive followers impact more since they would lower your total engagement %'s?
