TOR browser doesn't have a stabil IP address and the IP keeps changing everytime i close and open the TOR browser, would it be safe to use 5 twitter accounts while tor changes the IP all the time? once i log in, i will never log out of my twitter accounts

30 min ago i bought a IPV4 proxy to use it on TOR but the browser doesn't accept any proxies, i enter my proxy IP adress and then i press okay, and nothing happens

Yes but you will be getting phone/mail login confirmations regularly

Why don't you use a simple anti-detect browser such as Dolhpin, gologin, multilogin etc' if you're just doing twitter?
They have proxy integration and work great.

I would not recommend TOR for twitter as they will ask you verifications

Most of the big websites know how to detect TOR (I'm guessing with listed tor nodes) as @Richichi said use an antidetect browser + proxies

try signing up for gmail or hotmail with a tor link.

you won't even get past the captcha for sure

It's not good at all. The IPs used by TOR are public and social media sites are aware of them and usually aren't big fans of people using it to access their sites. Plus, it's incredibly slow.
