Is it safe to use NULLED wp themes?

everyone has their own opinion. take all the facts and come to your own conclusion.
you can always use a nulled theme, then when your site gets money, re-invest into buying a license for that theme. this nullifying any risk of malicious code. you should be using security plugins like wordfence anyway on all your sites that use wordpress, nulled theme or not.
this is bhworld but some people here have such a strict moral compass. i saw one thread where a guy was looking for a picture of a milf, but refused to grab one from any social site because it was unethical. silly if you ask me but everyone is different and free to do whatever they want.

Yes I got it. Am I safe after the moment I stop using nulled themes or there is still a danger because I used them?

so long as you replace all the theme files you should be safe. unless a theme injects some stuff into your mysql database. not sure if malicious themes can even do that, this isn't something i spent much time researching the technicalities of. just don't hold me responsible if things go wrong.

edit: if you want to be super-safe, extract your posts from the mysql database [or however you chose to do it, they're just stored there] and do a full wipe of the database/server between deleting the nulled theme and installing the legit theme.

Malicious themes can most definitely inject code and many times wordfence will not detect anything. Im a developer on themeforest so its sad to see you openly boasting about stealing and calling it strict moral compass. Since I have been doing IM from before I was selling themes/templates I can sympathise with people that have no way of buying a legit theme, but its still no different than going into a shop and stealing a product because you dont have the money to pay for it. If you have the money you should always buy the item. Each theme takes months of hard work and then months go into updating and maintaining it.

Buy the license and you get support too and unlimited updates, and you never have to waste time finding the next updated nulled version or worry if it will be clean.

Do not use nulled themes. One of members here posted a nulled themes all day long. I did some research (I have some experience in PHP) and found backdoor in his themes. The backdoor was an uncommon code that was mostly distributed on several russian forums, where I stay as well. So don't do it. If your website will start distributing malicious code as a result, you will get de-indexed in seconds by google.
 
Is that hard to pay $50 and have the 100% safe theme?
1. Pirates can put something in code and virustotal can't detect some php scripts because they are not viruses oO :D
2. Author can put pixel tracking and ask for licence

I bought the theme and I wiped 2 sites that were using a nulled theme. Am I 100% safe now or maybe some script is still there?
 
Safe it could be only in PHP files

Yes, I deleted the whole SITE directory and removed it's database. There is no chance the malicious code is injected in ADDON sites on the same drive or in the another database?
EDIT: I am a bit paranoid because I am launching one project in a few days that needs to be 100% safe. I bought theme and everything is 100% legit :)

You should always buy the themes you use in your production sites. There's no way you're sure a "share by a purchaser" has no malware.The only way to be completely safe is by buying the theme from an official source, of course with your purchase you get to support the theme developer and all the benefits associated with it.

I got that already, now I want to make sure I am safe after I wiped the sites and databases with nulled theme because I host another CLEAN site on the same hosting.
 
I dont see how this became 2 pages thread. Another captain obvious topic. @Nikola Gligorijevic mate you need to change your attitude if you are to earn decent online. Stop trying everything, hoping between methods and niches. Stop asking around for every minor problem you encounter. I know a guy like you in RL. Guy who sounds like smartest guy around, but never abandons realm of theory. He is so abstract, so careful he plans 10 steps ahead and does nothing about it, and you guessed it poor as a church mouse. He thinks that world around him is flawed. Become practical, stop worrying too much, stop acting like a pest asking 100 questions on forum. Start doing. Logout from forum and come back in 2-3 months, develop your own internet survival instinct, detective skills and work ethics. Stop beating dead horses. Simple NO answer should be end of this topic on post #2. We don't care about your first sites and basic shared hosting dilemmas. All that information could be relevant in a journey thread. Don't seek approval from people, to nod and encourage you that you are doing OK. No, you are not doing ok. I really want you to do great. But spin your behavior first in order to achieve that.
