Is it safe to use CloudFlare SSL+Letsencrypt SSL(on serverside) for PBN network?

Hey comrades,

I just started my journey on building my very first local PBN.

I got 20 expired domains and I am planning to set them using 20 separate CloudFlare accounts to cover my server IP because those domains will be hosted on my own VS machine with shared IP. Additionally I need to setup Letsencrypt SSL on my server. I have 2 questions:

1 Is it safe if I register emails for Letsencrypt SSL like [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and so on?

2 Can G tell the Cloudflare email address that is being registered for Cloudflare SSL? If any is being registered at all?

What differs between one cloudflare and multiple cloudflare accounts? The domains point to the same nameservers regardless of cloudflare accounts.
